To secure your preferred day and time it is recommended to book at least one week in advance, however same day & day before bookings can often be accommodated… sometimes it pays to try your luck!

We appreciate arrival 10 minutes before treatment time to enjoy relaxing in our lounge/waiting room with a cup of herbal tea or a glass of water while filling in our client history form. We also recommend this for current clients, as it is a great way to prepare and relax before your treatment.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings from new clients. Please note: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will unfortunately have deposits forfeited. No shows incur full fee payment.

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), EFTPOS, cheque, direct transfer and cash. Prices are as advertised and are listed on our website.  Please be sure to check ‘valid until’ dates on all advertisements.

Group Bookings

Island Healing has four individual treatment rooms available to accommodate group bookings with all treatments performed in separate rooms. Island Healing does not offer dual treatments in the same room. We can cater for groups of up to 32 people run over the course of a day, with up to four treatments being run simultaneously.

Health Fund Rebates

On-the-spot rebates using HICAPS are available for Remedial Massage and Naturopathy only with most therapists.  Please request at time of booking. For the majority of rebates Island Healing uses the HICAPS system allowing on-the-spot rebates using your health fund card. If not we will issue you a manual receipt and you can claim using it. Manual receipts only for claims with Bowen Therapy.
