Each session is presented in an informative and interactive fashion that will increase your awareness of what personal challenges are stopping you from reaching your optimal wellness.

By identifying the habits that prevent you from getting what you want, you can then start to create a plan to change them and replace them with better ways of living. Using your individually tailored plan and the support of your Wellness Coach and group members, you will be well on your way to implementing change in your life that will stick for good!
