Yoga & Meditation Classes For Anyone on Phillip Island.

Yoga at Island healing takes your mind away from day to day stresses, improving your circulation, flexibility and overall health. Whilst practicing Yoga, your body massages its internal organs, tones muscle groups and improves your posture, circulation & wellbeing.
Our empowering Yoga classes will leave you feeling flexible, strong and in touch with your physical and spiritual self.
Island Healing Yoga & Meditation Timetable:
Tuesdays 6.00am – 6.45am: Meditation Class with Holly Shepherd. $15.
Tuesdays 7.00pm – 8.30pm: Hatha Yoga with Holly Shepherd. $20.
Wednesdays 10.00am – 11.30am: Hatha Yoga with Holly Shepherd. $20.
Wednesdays 4.00pm – 5.oopm: Teen Yoga with Holly Shepherd. $20.
Thursdays 6.00pm – 7.15pm: Yoga with Karen Easton. $18.
